Ingredients
1 lb. (454 g) baby red or white potatoes, cut in half
2 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil
2 tsp. Mediterranean Greek Seasoning Blend
Black pepper, to taste (optional)
Instructions
Parboil potatoes in salted water for 8-10 minutes, until almost tender. Drain well. Place in a bowl and toss with Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil and Mediterranean Greek Seasoning Blend. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add potatoes, cut-sides down. Brown for 3-4 minutes per side. Add black pepper, if so desired. Serve warm.
